Dr. Gregory Jantz is the founder of The Center • A Place of HOPE in Edmonds, Washington, and a leading mental health expert in the United States. Dr. Jantz hosts two radio programs, Overcoming with Dr. Gregg Jantz, and nationally syndicated Life, Love and Family heard on over 260 radio stations nationwide. He is a frequent keynote speaker covering nutrition and its role in mental health.
Dr. Jantz has written 35 books on mental health, nutrition, and addictive and relational disorders. His work includes: 21 Days to Better Eating, The Body God Designed, The Total Temple Makeover—How to Turn Your Body into a Temple You Can Rejoice In, Hope Help and Healing for Eating Disorders, Losing Weight Permanently, The Spiritual Path to Weight Loss, Thin Over 40, and many others.
Dr. Jantz is an innovator in healthcare, pioneering the “whole person” approach – support for the mind, body and spirit – to mental health and wellness in the 1980’s. For the past 30 years, Dr. Jantz has worked with formulators, nutritionists, and dietary experts to develop all-natural meal plans and dietary supplements to support the “body” portion of whole person wellness.
Dr. Jantz and his award-winning medical and clinical staff advise Redd Remedies on current research and data in the mental health and eating disorder space, and collaborate on nutritional solutions for long-term support of all components of the body including the brain, nervous system, inter-cellular communication and other areas.
Dr. Jantz received his Doctorate in Counseling Psychology and Health Services from Columbia Pacific University and is a Certified Eating Disorder Therapist. He is a Member of the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals, the North American Association of Masters in Psychology, and a Diplomate of the American Psychotherapy Association.
