If at any time you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we want to know. Your feedback enables us to continually improve our premium product line and provide you with the most effective natural products to meet your individual needs. If you wish to return a Redd Remedies product that you have purchased directly from us, we offer a 60-day Complete Money Back Guarantee (minus shipping and handling costs). Simply contact one of our customer service representatives for quick and easy return assistance. If you purchased one of our products from a retail store or other website, we ask that you return the product to them following their return policy.
The return process to follow is:

• Contact our Customer Care Department to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number
• Return the product to us. We recommend that you use a shipping method with tracking to ensure we receive the product
• Include the receipt or contact information
• Include the best way for us to contact you should questions arise

Shipping and handling fees are not refunded. Refused orders will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

All orders are expedited in a timely manner. Once an order is received, the invoice is sent immediately to our on-site warehouse where it is filled, examined for accuracy, and shipped. Orders are typically shipped within 24 to 48 hours via USPS Priority Mail in the 48 continental states.
