I've been taking this twice a day for 3 weeks now and no flare ups. I've had beer, meat, and shellfish. I bought it after having a flare up that just wouldn't go away. Maybe it works.

Update: I've been taking 2 capsules daily in the morning for two years now and I haven't had one gout flare up. I did not change my behavior at all. I drink a lot of beer and eat whatever I want.

In over 4 years, I've never had a gout attack while taking Gouch. I've been taking Gouch almost daily - on and off - since 2015. Early on there were phases when I felt good and would stop having Gouch around. But inevitably, it became apparent that it's the only thing that reliably keeps the gout away. Oh, there is also eating a pound of cherries. The capsules are more practical. In the past when I have forgotten to order them or forgotten to pack them on a long trip, I inevitably start to feel that gouty feeling. I can sometimes take 1600mg of ibuprofen to thwart an attack. But that's not very good for the kidneys. My first gout symptom appeared in 2002. For a time I had one or two attacks a year until I started using prescription medicines, which I did not care for, and then I found Gouch. Thank you Redd for creating this tenable source for prevention.

This is the best I have found to get my URIC ACID ( Gout ) level down so I am not in great pain. Has a very rapid response to lower the inflammation down when I eat Sea food. I highly recommend this to anyone that has bouts with Gout.

I was skeptical but suffering from gouch. My husband and I were both suffering from gouch and we both have found relief when taking this product. We have reccommended it to others as well and it has worked every time. One man could barely walk and it worked within 24 hours for him. He was so grateful. I start off with taking 3 per day for a couple days then drop to 2 for a couple, then 1 (when I think about it) for maintenance. I cannot stress how well this product works, I had no side-effects, and I believe it to be much safer than any prescription.

This definitely works. I highly recommend it if you have Gout. This is the natural way to go instead of traditional medications.

This works great to keep my gout under control. I take two daily for maintenance and then if I know I have a big event coming up that might trigger an attack (shellfish or wine for me), then I will double my dose several days before and after. Has kept me attack free for nearly 2 years.

I experienced Gout November 2015, and when I tell you the pain caused me to go cold turkey Vegetarian & then found I couldn't live without fried chicken at least once in a while. Then I found the Alkaline diet and found I could manage it with all the low acidic foods, but even every now and then having chicken the tingling and small amount of pain I knew I needed a daily remedy to help keep my Uric Acid level balanced so Gouch! was the key for sure I love it! I am a great uric acid producer since I was young, so I have been very vulnerable to gout once in a while, even that I watch my diet. But sometimes...it happens. After trying different remedies and medicines, including Alopurinol, which has bad side efects, I was recomended Gouch by a lady at a Health store, claiming that it was like a miracle natural medication. So, blinded by the pain and the need to travel in 4 days, I took a chance and purchased it. After following the indications on how to take it, after two days, the pain was gone and able to walk and travel. After that I also gave it to my mother in law suffering for over 6 months with knees pain and inflamation, and after 4 days of taking Gouch, the pain and inflamation dissapeared. I am his favorite son in law since that. Sea food, beef, beer and other stuff it will increase the chances for gout. Be all of you Blessed and never have to go through gout pain.

I am on Allopurinol, the standard gout Rx which works reasonably well. But used as a supplement, Gouch virtually eliminates the pain & swelling. Especially if I feel like I'm on the verge of a flare, increasing the dosage of Gouch by 1 or 2 caps per day stops the flare. It may not work this way for everyone but it makes a big difference for me.

It helps to keep my uric level in check when consuming high uric acid meals like beef. Also, it reduces the frequency fo me to having to take the prescribed gout medicine. As everybody responds differently, I recommend giving this herbal supplement a try.

I'm impressed. My family is hereditary in suffering from gout. As soon as I feel the symptoms coming into my big toe, I start taking this per directions and, while the gout does not immediately go away, the symptoms never get bad and are completely gone in a couple of days. I recommend this to anyone with gout symptoms.

If you fight gout, this is a product you should use. I have been using this product for three months now. I Have not had a gout flare up since I have been using the product. I have felt better and my foot pain has been better. Great product. Packaged very well.

I have been using Gouch for at least 15 years and am a firm believer in its power and have recommended it to many of my friends that also suffer from Gout. I just in the past month went thru the most painful round of gout I have ever had, winding up in the ER where they gave me steroids to combat this flareup.
