You cut out the beer. You skip the red meat. You drink more water. And you still wake up with that deep, burning ache in your foot, or somewhere new.
There’s a good reason those flare-ups keep coming back. Only about 10% of people with uric-acid problems make too much of it. Around 60% can’t clear it out fast enough. Their kidneys simply can’t keep up.
When that happens, uric acid builds up faster than it can be filtered out. And no matter your diet, most of the purines that turn into uric acid are made inside your own body as it renews old cells.
Most supplements take the easy route: a quick flush here, a little tart cherry there. But the problem always returns. Gouch! goes straight to the root, your kidneys. The key to healthy uric acid levels is helping your kidneys clear the excess.
500 mg per serving
Rich in anthocyanins that help your body handle purines, from food and from normal cell renewal.
80 mg per serving
Supports kidney function, circulation and purine metabolism. Tart cherry has some. We add more.
Healthy Kidney Blend, 400 mg per serving (with Astragalus)
Supports the kidneys and liver, the body’s two main detoxifying organs, to help move out metabolic waste.
Healthy Kidney Blend, 400 mg per serving (with Boerhavia)
Helps protect the kidneys’ filters from free radicals, so they can clear waste from the blood.
350 mg per serving
Promotes healthy circulation and digestion, so nutrients keep moving where they’re needed.
Amounts per 2-capsule serving, straight from the label. See the Supplement Facts
Tart cherry is a good start. In Gouch! it is one of five ingredients working on both jobs: making less uric acid and clearing what is already there.

“Uric acid builds up when our kidneys are overburdened and undernourished.”Dan Chapman, founder of Redd Remedies, in The Gout Lie
Gouch! was created by Dan Chapman, founder of Redd Remedies®. His book, The Gout Lie, shares a simple truth: healthy uric-acid balance begins with healthy kidneys.
That insight shaped Gouch!, developed with award-winning Master Herbalist Stacey Littlefield, who has spent more than 20 years studying kidney and immune balance.
Dan’s family has been in natural health since 1961, when his parents opened their health food store.
Any bottle comes with a FREE digital copy of The Gout Lie. Want it on your shelf? Add the printed hardback in the offer above.
Our Purity Promise: every bottle of Gouch! is third-party tested for purity of heavy metals, microbials, gluten, adulterants, aflatoxins and pesticides.
“I’m all about BBQ and love the ‘live-out-loud’ lifestyle that goes along with it. Joint flare-ups would sometimes put the brakes on this for days at a time. After trying a bunch of stuff that did nothing, I found Gouch! and bought a bottle. I could not believe how quickly I felt comfortable and moving again!”
Brad Orrison, The Shed BBQ & Blues Joint. 3× World Grand Champion, Memphis in May International Barbecue Cooking Contest

Nothing was helping with my husband’s gout, and he was in a ton of pain during flare ups. I scoured the internet and stumbled upon this gem. Alongside cherry gummies, my husband has been doing so much better. It’s been over a year and things have been much more manageable, so I can truly say this product is AMAZING! 10 stars!!!

“It’s been years since I’ve had any flare-ups that slow me down. After two decades of dealing with recurring joint discomfort and trying everything, I took Gouch! for the first time one Saturday when things were rough and I had to preach the next day. I couldn’t believe that by morning I was able to get my shoe on and stand up to preach! I’ve taken Gouch! ever since.”
Philip G.
“I’m telling you, it’s a lifesaver. It’s totally turned my life around. I can walk again, I don’t have any pain, I can sleep at night. I can’t live without it.”
Clyde
“I Love Gouch™! It has been a life saver for me. I am over 50 years old. For the first time in my life I woke up with the top of my foot extremely sore. I went to a local health food store to ask if they had a natural product to help. The person at the store said I know just the thing for you. My customers use Gouch. It was remarkable the difference. I’m so grateful for Redd Remedies coming up with this product. It works!”

Gouch! is a botanical supplement that supports healthy uric-acid balance by helping the body do two things:
It combines Tart Cherry, Quercetin, Astragalus, Boerhavia (Punarnava), and Ginger in vegan capsules.
For ongoing support, take 2 capsules once daily with water and a meal.
If you’d like a quick start, some people begin with 2 capsules twice daily for the first 3 days, then go back to the daily serving.
It’s also fine to return to the twice-a-day serving during flare ups, or times when you need extra support.
If you have any health concerns, check with your healthcare professional before use.
Gouch! is designed to be used one of two ways. It can be taken daily (long-term) or it can be used when needed.
If used only when needed, we strongly recommend following the three-day quick start.
If taken daily, use it for a few months at a time, then pause and see how you feel. You can continue using the product if/when you need it.
No strict diet is required. While your body finds its balance, we do recommend sensible choices: less alcohol, shellfish and red meat, and, most importantly, less sugar.
Tart-cherry juice is a great start, but you’d need to consume large amounts every day to reach the same concentration of active compounds.
Gouch! provides concentrated tart-cherry extract plus additional botanicals that support kidney function and elimination, without excess sugar or calories.
Your first Subscribe & Save order is a 2-month supply of Gouch! (120 capsules) plus 2 FREE bottles of 120/80 Care for $79.99, with free US shipping.
