Circulatory Problems: Taking Care of Veins and Arteries.

Understanding how our veins and arteries are connected, the damage they sustain from a particular free radical, and how to best keep them healthy.

This blog reveals:

  • Why you must address the health and integrity of both your veins and arteries.
  • The staggering length of your blood vessel network.
  • The part of your veins and arteries where most damage is sustained.
  • The only clinically supported natural Vitamin K2 that has been shown to reverse arterial calcification!
  • The all-natural formula for keeping your veins and arteries healthy!

Imagine finding out the brakes on your car were faulty.

Alarmed, you immediately and safely make your way to a mechanic, who promises to replace them.

You return to pick up your car a few days later to find that the brakes have been replaced… but only on the driver’s side of the car. Obviously, this doesn’t solve the problem.

Believe it or not, this is a fairly good analogy for taking a supplement that addresses the health of either your arteries OR your veins… but not both.

Our circulatory system is an amazing interconnected web of parts. If we only take care of one side of it… the whole network falls apart.

Explaining the circulatory system.
An illustration of the entire circulatory system in the body.

Our blood vessels make up an amazing, closed circuit delivery system that begins and ends at the heart!

Our bodies each hold two different circuits for blood:

Pulmonary: From the heart to the lungs.

Systemic: From the heart to the rest of the body.

And these circuits are made up of the three different kinds of blood vessels:

Arteries: Carry blood away from the heart.

Veins: Carry blood back to the heart.

Capillaries: Where arteries and veins converge. These are also the blood vessels that have any direct contact with tissue cells, and directly serve the cells’ needs!

The astonishing length of your blood vessels.

Arteries extend outward from the heart, bringing blood toward the capillaries. At the capillaries a gas exchange occurs. It’s where our vessels give up oxygen, and take on carbon dioxide. After this process, the capillaries give way to the veins, which then bring the blood back toward the heart.

That doesn’t sound like much, but this is actually a very long network.

If you were to take all of the blood vessels out of the human body and stretch them out in a line… how long do you think that line would be?

The Franklin Institute reveals this amazing fact:

“...If you took all the blood vessels out of an average child and laid them out in one line, the line would stretch over 60,000 miles. An adult’s would be closer to 100,000 miles long.”

The parts of veins and arteries in danger of sustaining damage.

Illustration of a blood vessel.

If you imagine your blood vessels as tubes, it is the innermost lining of the tube that we are most concerned with. This is called the Tunica Intima, also known as the endothelium layer.

This is the part of our veins and arteries most likely to sustain oxidative damage because it is closest to the blood.

Here’s the key to understanding the endothelium layer: It does not “end.”

Meaning, in the way all of our vessels are connected to one another, so too is the endothelium layer. There is just one layer that stretches through your entire circulatory system and wraps around the heart.

But why is this important?

Why we must address both our veins and arteries as one.

Because we need to think about damage to the endothelium layer not as damage to our veins or arteries… but as damage to both.

Imagine this: You and your partner share a blanket. One night, a hole rips on your side.

If we asked your partner: “Is there a hole in your blanket?” They would answer in the affirmative, even though the hole is not on their side. Because it’s still one blanket.

Just as importantly, even though the tear is on your side, they will still be affected by the ensuing draft.

If we sustain damage to part of our endothelial layer that happens to be in a vein, guess what?

Your arteries’ endothelium layer is also damaged, even though it's on the other side of your circulatory network. And your arteries will still be negatively impacted by the damage.

But this begs the question: what’s responsible for the damage?

The free radical damaging your blood vessels.

The damage sustained to our veins and arteries by free radicals is oxidative damage, which then causes inflammation.

This damage is created by a free radical known as Superoxide.

Superoxide is composed of two oxygen molecules, and is one of the most potent free radical initiators! We’ve seen the damage that it can do to the ozone… well, imagine that happening to your body.

What makes this particular damage worse is that it sets off a dangerous cyclical effect within our blood vessels. Inflammation can inherently lead to further oxidative damage… which then leads to more inflammation!

It is at this point that our arteries will start to experience calcium and cholesterol deposits, while the valves in our veins start to loosen and collapse.

We can’t risk allowing this cyclical effect to begin. Which is why we created Circulation VA™.

How to protect your blood vessels.

Circulation VA from Redd Remedies, which supports the structural health and integrity of the veins and arteries.

We created Circulation VA to bring nourishment and support to your heart and blood vessels. It promotes your arterial flexibility and supports and maintains the health and integrity of both your veins and arteries. It also:

  • Helps to maintain normal blood circuit patterns to and from the heart.
  • Supports blood flow to the brain! Weakened blood vessels can contribute to the brain being deprived of necessary oxygen and nutrients.
  • Maintain the delivery of nutrients and energy-creating resources throughout the body.

So how do we do it?

Step 1: Protect the endothelium layer with antioxidants.

If free radicals are the problem, then antioxidants are the solution!

But what antioxidants should we use? No single antioxidant protects you from all free radicals.

Before we begin, we make sure our antioxidants are water-soluble, to be sure that they work in the bloodstream.

Then we begin with grape vine leaf extract. We use water-extraction and standardization to bring you the benefits of anthocyanins, polyphenols, and trans-resveratrol.

These antioxidants are incredible and will give you a broad range of support!

  • Incredibly effective at inhibiting superoxide, thus helping prevent oxidative damage.
  • More than just protection! Studies have shown this extract actually initiates repair of the endothelium!
  • It also benefits your capillaries by enhancing your microcirculation and oxygen supply!
  • Additionally, grape vine leaf extract also relieves discomfort and heaviness of legs due to chronic venous insufficiency!

We then enhance our overall antioxidant profile by using organic grape juice powder, and reap the benefits of flavonoids such as catechin, epicatechin, quercetin, and other anthocyanins!

Finally, we bring in blueberry extract. We all know how amazing blueberries are, but they really shine in Circulation VA™!

  • They help you maintain a healthy blood flow by protecting your endothelial structure and function.
  • They also protect your LDL cholesterol from oxidization! Why protect cholesterol? Because LDL cholesterol is not a problem until it is oxidized. That’s when it gets stuck and clogs up the arteries!

Step 2: Address our inflammation.

Inflammation can create further oxidative damage… which leads to more inflammation! So we have to address inflammation before it starts this cycle.

We’re using ginger root. This is a fantastic anti-inflammatory.

Not only does it stop inflammation from starting, it also stops it from continuing by inhibiting the synthesis of pro-inflammatory cytokines, thus helping break the dangerous cyclical effect our blood vessels can endure.

Ginger root is also going to provide some support to our lungs. In fact, in Traditional Chinese Medicine, it is believed that ginger root “dispells a cold wind” and keeps your lungs safe from “outside evils.”

While that may sound fanciful, science has actually helped show us exactly what the Chinese mean by this.... Ginger root has been shown to clear our lungs of phlegm congestion and to also help keep us from succumbing to an excessive cough.

The clinically-supported K2 Vitamin reversing arterial calcification.

Circulation VA™ includes the revolutionary MenaQ7®.

Soy-free, and made via the fermentation of garbanzo beans, MenaQ7® (menaquinone-7 Vitamin K2) is the only vitamin K2 clinically proven to reverse artery calcification!

The study was conducted on postmenopausal women. Why? Because heart disease is the leading cause of death among this group of people.

The study revealed that taking 180 micrograms of MenaQ7® daily prevented arterial stiffening and improved vascular elasticity.

It did so by reversing and reducing arterial calcification!

For those of us spending so much of our day sitting in an office or a car, horse chestnut seed extract is an incredibly helpful botanical!

When we spend so much time sitting, our blood vessels can start to stiffen. This is a big problem, especially for the valves on our veins that need to maintain a level of elasticity to work optimally.

Horse Chestnut Seed Extract, a key ingredient in Circulation VA™ has been shown to improve the elasticity of vein valves and stop them from collapsing! It also:

  • Reduces swelling and inflammation in our legs.
  • Helps to stop capillaries from leaking fluid.
  • Prevents damage to blood vessels.

All-natural support for your veins and arteries.

As we said at the start: our circulatory system is an amazing interconnected web. We can’t just take care of one part of it. We must take care of the whole.

That’s why we developed Circulation VA™ to bring your circulatory system and cardiovascular health the complex, comprehensive care it deserves!

Circulation VA™ supports the structural health and integrity of both the veins and arteries to help maintain normal blood circuit patterns to and from the heart, delivering nutrients, and energy-creating resources throughout the body!

Featuring the crucial nutrient Vitamin K2 as MenaQ7, it’s time for Circulation VA™ to provide the circulatory system support you need!
