Anyone that knows me knows that due to my endometriosis I have cramps regularly, so I jumped at trying these! I LOVE that they are all natural and contain herbs I am already very familiar with and love to use like cramp bark, dong quai, white peony root, sage and cinnamon. Ive been using this for nearly two weeks both during my period and my ovulation cycle when I normally cramp the most and I definitely saw a significant improvement in my pain. So I can say I would highly recommend this for cramps and overall hormone balance.
