Returns

Because we want you to try our products with confidence, we offer a 60-day refund policy on all products purchased directly through Redd Remedies. If at any time you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we want to know. Your feedback enables us to continually improve and provide you with the most effective natural products to meet your individual needs.

A valid proof of purchase is required. In some cases, you may be required to return your unopened or unused portions of product back to Redd Remedies. Refunds will be issued for the amount purchased (minus shipping and handling costs). In some situations, we may ask for photos of the product as well as the outer and inner shipment packaging. 
Refused orders will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. If you purchased one of our products from a retail store or other website, we ask that you return the product to them following their return policy.

Shipping

All orders are expedited in a timely manner. Once an order is received, the invoice is sent immediately to our on-site warehouse where it is filled, examined for accuracy, and shipped. Orders are typically shipped within 24 to 48 hours via USPS Priority Mail in the 48 continental states. Free shipping on all orders over $49 within the 48 contiguous states.
