Never run out of your favorite remedies.

If you need your order sooner or later, you can easily change your next order date. Just log in to your account , view “My Subscriptions,” and navigate to any subscription you would like to review. From there, select “Change Frequency” to adjust the subscription frequency. 

If you need to pause a subscription, just log in to your account and view “My Subscriptions.” From there, select any subscription you would like to pause and click the “Pause Future Orders” button. Please remember that you must un-pause your subscription to receive 15% off the product for your next order.

Redd Remedies Autoship items that have the same order date and shipping address will ship as one order. If you have more than one Redd Remedies Autoship item, know that the shipment dates are different between the multiple orders. If you want them to ship in the same order, please give our Customer Service department a call, and we would be happy to move your orders to a single shipment date and bundle.

You will receive a pre-shipment email 48 hours before your order is shipped.

You can change the email address for your pre-shipment emails by updating your account email address. To do so, click “My Subscriptions” within your account dashboard and edit your account information. If you need to have your autoship emails sent to a different email address than the one used for your account, please call Redd Remedies at 1.888.453.5058 during normal business hours.

To add a shipping address for an autoship order, select “View Addresses” in your account and choose “Add New Address.” Then, in your account dashboard, click on “My Subscriptions” and select the “Address and shipping information” drop-down item to edit your address for that subscription.

Orders are billed to your credit card (or deducted from your debit card, if used) on the day the order is shipped. You can cancel any order up to 24 hours before the next order date.

To edit your saved payment information, please navigate over to the “Payment information” drop-down menu item within the “My Subscriptions” page. From there you will be able to remove existing cards or add new/updated ones.

You can cancel Redd Remedies Autoship orders or individual items at any time. To cancel an order, simply go to your account, view “My Subscriptions,” and select the “Cancel subscription” drop-down menu item.

You will be charged a 25% restocking fee on all refused orders.

Any items scheduled for delivery will be placed for shipment on the next order date. Once your Redd Remedies Autoship order is placed for shipment, it will usually ship within 24 hours. All Redd Remedies Autoship orders ship by standard shipping. You can view the next order date for an individual item by going to your account.
