How do I sign up for Redd Remedies Autoship?

Signing up is easy. Just choose the Redd Remedies Autoship option when you add your product to your shopping cart and the frequency you want to have products delivered – every 2, 4 or 8 weeks. Then check out as you normally would. You will always receive an email prior to your Redd Remedies Autoship order.

What is Redd Remedies Autoship?

Redd Remedies Autoship program enables you to have your favorite products shipped to you automatically every 2, 4, or 8 weeks as you might desire. You simply add the products to your cart that you would like to receive each period, and Redd Remedies ships it to you on those recurring dates. Features:

Please note: Redd Remedies reserves the right to change pricing, discounts and shipping methods/pricing at anytime. Once your subscription order has shipped, refusal of the order will result in a 25% restocking fee. 

How do I change an order date?

You can easily change or pause your next order date if you need it sooner or later. Just go to Your Account when you log into into our website. You will see your next scheduled order in the My Subscriptions in your account. Click into any subscription you would like to review (note the View button). Here, you are able to Pause your subscription. If you would like to change your subscription to a different schedule, please give our Customer Service department a call during normal business hours: 1.888.453.5058

How do I pause a delivery?

If you need to pause a delivery, just go to Your Account. Click into the subscription your wish to pause. Click the Pause link near the next order date to pause an order. Do not forget to un-pause your autoship when you are ready to begin receiving your autoship products with 10% off.

How do I combine items to be in the same order?

Redd Remedies Autoship items that have the same order date and shipping address will ship as one order. If you have more than one Redd Remedies Autoship item, know that the shipment dates are different between the multiple orders, and want them to ship in the same order, please give our Customer Service department a call, and they will be happy to move your orders to a single shipment date and bundle.

When do I get pre-shipment notification emails?

You will receive a pre-shipment email 48 hours before your order is shipped.

How do I change the email address for pre-shipment emails?

If you have your pre-shipment emails sent to your main account email address, just change your account email address and your pre-shipment emails will be automatically updated. If you need to have your autoship emails sent to a different email address, please call Redd Remedies at 1.888.453.5058 during normal business hours.

How do I change my shipping address?

To change the shipping address for an autoship order, just go to Your Account and locate your current shipping address. Click the Edit link to change the shipping address. For active subscriptions, please edit the subscription (by clicking the View button) and then the Change Address button. 

How do I change how frequently an item is sent?

Please give our Customer Service department a call during normal business hours, and we will be happy to assist you with this request. 

When will I be charged for my orders?

Orders are billed to your credit card (or deducted from your debit card, if used) on the day the order is shipped. You can cancel any order up to 24 hours before the next order date.

How do I update/add a credit card to my subscription?

To edit your saved payment information, please navigate over to Payment Methods in Your Account. From there you will be able to remove existing cards or add new/updated ones.

How do I cancel my Autoship order?

You can cancel Redd Remedies Autoship orders or individual items at any time. To cancel an order, simply go to Your Account, View your Subscription order, and click the Cancel option under the order summary.

What if I refuse an order that is sent to me?

You will be charged a 25% restocking fee on all refused orders.

When do items ship for delivery?

Any items scheduled for delivery will be placed for shipment on the next order date. Once your Redd Remedies Autoship order is placed for shipment, it will usually ship within 24 hours. All Redd Remedies Autoship orders ship by standard shipping. You can view the next order date for an individual item by going to Your Account.
