These capsules are great! They contain natural ingredients and do what the label states. I take mine in the morning so it works throughout the day.

Feeling Good!

I’m feeling good! Glad I found Brain Awakening to support cognitive function and focus. The dosage is 4 pills daily and they are on the large side. The powder inside the pill capsule seems tasteless. I’m curious, since a few other reviews mentioned struggling with the pill size/quantity, could the contents be emptied from the capsule and added to smoothies or another food? Is the capsule important to get the vitamins and minerals passed the stomach for absorption?

Great product!
