The name fits!!

I've tried about every type of magnesium to reduce muscle cramps, none of them work as well as this blend. Take three a day but spread them out, like meals. Hands down the most effective product available.

No. The main source of magnesium in Muscle Ease is a rice protein chelate developed specifically for optimized tolerability and bioavailability. The magnesium glycinate in the formula is generally not associated with stomach upset or digestive discomfort. If you want to be certain these issues do not occur, take Muscle Ease with food.

Can children use Muscle Ease? 
I thought Dong Quai (Angelica) was an herb for women. Can men take Dong Quai?
