Binding Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Service may be resolved by binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act. Arbitration will be conducted by JAMS under its applicable rules. Arbitration shall take place in Illinois unless otherwise agreed.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceeding will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Choice of Law and Forum

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois. You and Redd Remedies agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Illinois.

Modification of This Agreement

Redd Remedies reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
